Italian Shipping: Transport costs are borne by Jumeirah over 100 € of purchase. If the purchase is less than € 100, a contribution of € 6 will be required.
International Shipping: We offer free international shipping on orders over € 500. A country specific shipping rate will be applied at checkout for orders under € 500 (see below).

If you wish to return an item, please check the Returns Exchange Conditions in the first place. Then:
1. Log into your account. Click on your order and select the items you wish to return.

Jumeirah accepts returns of unused items by post within 30 days from the date of shipment.
Items must be in original sales condition with all tags attached. They must also be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
The following items will NOT be accepted: Returned incomplete, damaged, worn, altered and washed or anything that Jumeirah can reasonably believe has been used.
Any personalized or monogrammed items.
Returns that do not comply with Jumeirah's return policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
