The size guide allows you to find the right size for the product you prefer, regardless of your target country. However, the most suitable size depends on each woman and each product.

You don't need to be registered to browse and buy on the site. However, creating an account allows you to obtain some advantages: you will have the possibility to create wishlists, to save items in the cart for later, to save your personal and payment data for a faster checkout and you can easily make returns and order tracking.

On our site you can pay for your online purchases using the following payment methods: Credit cards and Paypal.

The PayPal solution allows you to pay securely, without entering your credit card details.

On the other hand, if you provide us with your credit card details, the information is encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology and stored with an AES-256 encryption.

Italian Shipping: Transport costs are borne by Jumeirah over 100 € of purchase. If the purchase is less than € 100, a contribution of € 6 will be required.

International Shipping: We offer free international shipping on orders over € 500. A country specific shipping rate will be applied at checkout for orders under € 500 (see below).

If you wish to return an item, please check the Returns Exchange Conditions in the first place. Then:

1. Log into your account. Click on your order and select the items you wish to return.

Jumeirah accepts returns of unused items by post within 30 days from the date of shipment.

Items must be in original sales condition with all tags attached. They must also be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

The following items will NOT be accepted: Returned incomplete, damaged, worn, altered and washed or anything that Jumeirah can reasonably believe has been used.

Any personalized or monogrammed items.

Returns that do not comply with Jumeirah's return policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
