Shipping Policy

JUMEIRAH BEACHWEAR relies on the best express couriers selected according to the region of destination and the type of product to ensure quick delivery of your order. Once the order is processed, it is delivered to the competent courier and the tracking code is provided to the customer, with which you can monitor and follow the status of the shipment.

Receiving an order

Your order will be delivered during business hours (9am – 6pm, Monday – Friday). Enter your mobile number at check out for delivery updates via SMS.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and may include a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.
During Sale and busy times this period may be extended to 48 hours due to the volume of orders.

Sometimes, however, processing may take longer, depending on our ability to fulfill the prevailing order volume. We do our best to keep up with our stock, but due to demand, some items may be overdue and may experience delays. In case of delays in shipment for any reason we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible.


Delivery times vary due to local customs procedures. 

Jumeirah is not responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred for international shipments as they are charged to the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for rules and regulations that may apply. A useful link to calculate how much you will be charged for customs depending on your country is Please note, however, even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays. If you have any problems with your order, please feel free to contact us. Customs duties will not be refunded on returns for this shipping method.

Your order will be shipped with DHL On Demand Delivery. This delivery service offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while your order is on its way to you.
Enter your mobile number at checkout to receive SMS updates about your order, and get the flexibility to: reschedule your delivery, place your shipment on hold if you are away from home, or to arrange to collect your order from a DHL service point.
We currently offer On Demand Delivery (ODD) to the following destinations:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, UK and Ukraine, and outside of Europe, UAE and South Korea.

Failed delivery procedure

If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, other delivery attempts will be made for 3 days following the first attempt. On the fourth day the package will be sent back to Jumeirah. The customer must contact to request a further shipment, the costs of which will be entirely at his expense.

If no one is available to accept and sign for the parcel at the delivery address DHL will try to deliver the package three more times, leaving a card with instructions on each occasion.
After two attempted deliveries, Jumeirah Customer Care will contact you directly by e-mail.

Import taxes and duties

All European countries as well as the United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates and South Korea are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis, which means that import taxes and duties, if applicable, will be covered by Jumeirah.
Russia: The Federal Customs Service of Russia requires customers to pay import duties, this will be calculated based on the total value of goods imported by each customer in a month, if the monthly import threshold of €200 is exceeded.
Asia & North America: Please select the relevant shipping country for information about shipping destinations in Asia and North America.

Italian Shipping: Transport costs are borne by Jumeirah over 100 € of purchase. If the purchase is less than € 100, a contribution of € 6 will be required.

International Shipping: We offer free international shipping on orders over € 500. A country specific shipping rate will be applied at checkout for orders under € 500 (see below).

Returns and Exchanges

We endeavour to make returning or exchanging an order as easy as possible for our clients. We offer free returns on all Jumeirah purchases. The standard delivery fee will be refunded on return of the whole order. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery for all full price items and within 14 days of delivery for outlet or sale items, provided that return conditions specified below are met. We advise that you check your order upon receipt. If there is an issue, please contact our customer support. We can not accept returns 30 days after you have received the items.

Returns exchanges conditions:

Jumeirah accepts returns of unused items by mail within 30 days from the date of shipment.

Items must be in original selling condition with all tags attached. They must also be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • The following items will NOT be accepted:

    • Incomplete, damaged, worn, altered and washed returns or anything Jumeirah reasonably believes has been used.

    • Any personalized or monogrammed items.

Returns that do not comply with the Jumeirah returns policy will not be accepted and are sent back to the customer.


How to exchange an item:

Please follow the standard returns procedure to return the items you do not wish to keep and place a new order for the replacement item.

How to return an item:

If you wish to return an item, please check the Returns Exchange Conditions in the first place. Then:

1. Log into your account. Click on your order and select the items you wish to return.

No Jumeirah account? Please contact customer services.
In non EU Countries (Switzerland, UAE, Korea, Norway) will need a proforma document and return label to return your order.

2. Carefully fold the items with all tags attached.

3. Pack using the original packaging and box. Seal securely and attach the return shipping label that came with your order to the outside of the box.


Refunds procedure:

On receipt of the returned goods, every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund. Returns are processed within 14 days, but usually a lot quicker.

A confirmation email will be sent once your return has been processed and the refund has been credited to your original payment method.

Please note, refunds will be credited only to the original payment method that was used.
Jumeirah reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange of any merchandise that does not meet our return condition requirements.
